catching up

Well I've taken another un-intentional break from my blog... ooops! We've been super busy enjoying this lovely warm weather. We have our zoo pass and our pass of all passes so we've been having lots of fun with those! Liv is getting so so big it is freaking me out! I cannot believe she's almost two! We got her a new big girl bed a few months ago and she loves it and does so well in it. Matt also finished up his job at ARUP in April after two plus years up there and is now working up in Orem on another job which he really likes, I think the change is nice for him. Matt and I also just celebrated our third wedding anniversary on June 11th! We went to dinner at the melting pot to celebrate and it was oh so yummy! I can't believe we've been married for three years already, it has gone by so fast and we've loved every minute of this adventure together! Then the day after our anniversary dinner, Liv took her first nasty spill down the stairs and ended up dislocating a bone in her arm. It popped right out of her elbow and the doctor had to literally hold her down and pop it back in. It was the most difficult thing I've had to experience in my almost two years of motherhood. But she has been much better ever since and we were told it will heal up just fine! We also celebrated my second Mother's day and Matt's second Father's day. For Mother's day we took it easy and had dinner with our families and planted flowers in the yard. For Father's day we decided to spend the day at Lagoon with my parents and had so much fun! It was so dead and really nice to not have to deal with all the crowds. Liv loved every minute of it and has been waking up every morning since asking to go ride rides so I'm thinking a return trip is in our very near future. Other then that we've just been spending time with our friends and families and getting ready to celebrate Liv's second birthday. Now for some pictures :)
