summer fun

This hot hot HOT summer sure has been fun for us! We've spent lots of time swimming at our pool and playing at Grandma and Grandpa's house. We were so excited for Liv to see fireworks for the first time so a few weekends ago we took her to west fest. She rode a few carnival rides and loved them and then we all watched fireworks. She was so unbelievably cute watching them! Her face was priceless. There were a few babies about her age around us freaking out crying, and Liv was laughing having a ball. Then the following weekend we went to Taylorsville dayz. It was packed and we didn't feel like waiting in the super long lines to ride any rides so we just hung out and let Liv run around and then watched those fireworks.

  We had a super fun 4th of July. Livie looked so cute, and finally let me put her hair in a ponytail :) We started the day by watching the West Jordan Parade with the fam. Liv seemed to enjoy it but it was REALLY hot!! Then we all went to breakfast together. After that we headed over to Murray park to meet the Christophersons. They had a cute carnival and a car show so we all hung out until the heat conquered the babes. After that we headed home so Liv could nap and I whipped up my cookie salad and we headed over to my Aunt's BBQ. It was the first time a lot of my family on that side had seen Liv since Christmas so it was a lot of fun for her to play with everyone. She was such a ham and so cute! Her and Kylee were joined at the hip all day they are the cutest girls together! After that we went over to the West Jordan Park for the carnival and fireworks. It was a very fun day for our fam <3
